    Smarter, cheaper scanning

    • Dropped off-season NBA from the active scan list — confirmed 0 events on a live run, not assumed
    • Split odds checks (twice a day) from Elo/results updates (once a day) so the free Odds API tier now supports checking twice as often
    • Fixed the original scan-frequency estimate — the real credit cost is 15/cycle, not ~1/call

    Fully automatic — no server to babysit

    • The scanner now runs on a schedule via Vercel Cron — no terminal, no droplet, nothing to keep open
    • Verified live in production: real signals found across MLB, NFL, EPL, and MLS the first time it ran with a working key

    • Push notifications to your phone when a signal is found (Settings → Enable signal notifications)
